The GENESIS E-435 grill allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once your food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-435 gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.

| Amazing grillI'm writing this about 3 weeks after receiving the grill. I've cooked for a large group and several times for just my wife and me. So far, I've been impressed. The grill heats up quickly. The sear zone is large and gets plenty hot to put a nice crust on steaks and burgers. Zones away from the sear area can be held at lower temperatures to cook side dishes. The upper grill rack is great for toasting buns and tortillas -- buns take just a minute or two and toast evenly. The temperature read out and associated phone app work great for following temperature during heating and cooking. Igniters work very quickly to light the burners. | Great designI bought this grill to take the place of an earlier (2017) four burner Genesis grill that worked just fine but which lacked a sear zone and related extra burner. I was impressed with the very flexible grate design and functionality provided by the new grill version and - yes - the sear zone does exactly what it is supposed to do. However, having left the new grill without its cover on on one occasion where there was a rainstorm, I discovered that the new Genesis was much less watertight than the older version, so ALWAYS use a cover between uses - otherwise the enclosure under the grill becomes totally soaked. | Was This Helpful? |
